ACCOMMODATIONS
BE OUR GUEST!
We are so grateful that you are traveling to be with us and excited to invite you to stay for the entire weekend (Friday- Monday)! All 60 acres of Wiawaka will be ours and with so much to offer, we would love to spend as much time as we can with you!
Wiawaka has five buildings, ranging from quaint Victorian cottages to two impressive Adirondack style lodges. The rooms have either one or two twin beds (can be pushed together) and all houses have shared bathrooms, kitchens or kitchenettes and common areas/porches. All rooms are clean and have electricity, but no heat or AC (though fans are placed in all rooms). Linens and towels are provided during your stay. There are no TVs or telephones, so we invite you to unplug with us and enjoy lake life!
The accommodations are like us, comfortable but rustic, and there are a number of different options, so take a look at the descriptions and photos below to see what house and room might best suit your needs. We will use our best judgement to assign rooms but if you have a special request or condition for staying on-site, please let us know.
VICTORIAN HOUSES
(SPECIFIC ROOMS RESERVED FOR FAMILY) – The Fuller House is the main house on the property. An exquisite 3-story Victorian House, with guests rooms on the second and third floor. Wiawaka’s dining room & industrial sized kitchen are located on the first floor of Fuller, which is where you can find food & coffee. Bonus: this is where the WiFi is located. So if you like food and like to be connected, and you aren’t scared off by our families, you can come and hang out here! To note, there are only 3 single rooms left in the Fuller House.
The Mayflower and Rose Cottages are RESERVED FOR FAMILY & BRIDAL PARTY
RUSTIC LODGES
In the Wakonda Lodge single rooms are available. This lodge has a rustic Adirondack feel with a spectacular view of the lake and the ceremony site. Guests often wish to stay in this building because of the fact that Georgia O’Keefe was one of the students on record of spending time there.
Known for its massive two story screened porch, the Lake House is the most popular building on site. There are single, simple lodge style rooms that open up onto breezeways overlooking the boathouse. The Lake House is a short walk to the Wiawaka dock, the swimming area, the campfire area and screened in Gazebo.
RATES

Victorian House (Fuller)
Single Room- $175

Rustic Lodges (Wakonda or Lake House)
Single Rooms Only- $125

** Only single rooms are currently available**
The cost for housing is per room (not per night or per person) and is all inclusive for the entire weekend (Friday-Monday). All onsite activities, all breakfast & dinner meals (other than Friday night) & beverages are included in the rate above. Also, please note, just because a room is a single, doesn’t mean it can’t sleep 2 guests. If you want to get cozy and share a twin bed with your other half or bring an air mattress/sleeping bag that is absolutely encouraged!! Or just because you're a couple, doesn't mean you need to be in the same room- why not get 2 single rooms next to each other (hello, personal space!)? The entire property sleeps around 65-70 guests and housing is on a first come, first serve basis, so we recommend booking early if you know you will want to stay on-site.

When reserving housing, click on the link below and in the email be sure to include your name, your guest's name (if they are staying in the room with you), your anticipated date of arrival, your house/room preference & any additional information. You will receive an email back with availability and a Venmo/PayPal link requesting payment.
Rooms are only considered booked, once the full payment has been received and there will be no refunds.

ALTERNATE ACCOMMODATIONS
If lodge life isn’t your thing, that’s okay too. You could always book an AirBnb, Home Away, or there are dozens of hotels nearby. We have not blocked out any hotels and please note, because this is a holiday weekend, we recommend that you book early and check with the hotels on their minimum night policy.
Another helpful tip: Hotels in Lake George tend to be pricey, so look in nearby Queensbury or Glen Falls (10 minute drive) for more affordable options.
